Workday Outfit: Loose and Slinky With Sparkles

This top is one of my favorites to wear.  I love tops with this slinky fabric (whatever it is).  It's loose and a little swishy.  Plus, the top, pants and sandals all have sparkly beading on them.  This whole outfit was 100% comfort and cute (I thought). :)
Although....do you ever have those days where you feel really good about your outfit and then not one single person says anything about it all day...when normally people make positive comments (in the real world...or hubby) about what you're wearing?  Then it kinda makes you wonder...."Am I the only one that likes my outfit today and am I delusional to think it looked good?"  haha  Yeah...that was today.   But, oh well, I was happy wearing it.

I've worn this top in the wintertime too...with a black turtleneck and different black pants.  I'll probably also be wearing it with my white pants before summer's over.

  1. I think it's cute! :) Sure beats the pajama gown and robe I wore for most of the day. ;)

    1. Debbie, you're too funny.
Believe me...I have those days too. Only sometimes it's ALL day. There comes a point where you're "Well, why get dressed now?" haha

  2. Haha, the situation you described happens to me all the time, too. It's ok, imagine everyone is too awed by your outfit's awesomeness to come up with words.

I love how nicely the shirt you are wearing and the cuffs of your trousers match.

  5. I personally would style that top with a bolero over it or jacket in the winter rather than a shirt under it. Please understand that I have a poison eye for this look after watching Sisterwives where they layer their tops like this... I do like the it with these pants!
