Keyhole and Scallops

There are many things I like about this top and blazer.  I love the neon green and light weight of the blazer as well as it's length. I love the neon green and black colors, the wild floral and leaf print, the scalloped bottom,  and the keyhole detail of the top.  Also, the fabric of the sleeveless top is like teeny tiny pleats.  If there's a specific word for that I'm not sure what it is.?

    Your thrifting genius again...! I love this combo. And yes, there is that keyhole top. I always laugh because we seem to be tuned to a similar wavelength. I keep waiting for our famous Nolte shots!

      I feel my hair is always in preparation for that shot. haha
      Many years ago my daughter likened the appearance of my hair that particular day to one of the fellows in the movie Dumb and Dumber. We laughed SO hard....because, unfortunately, she was right. lol
