New Animal Print Loafers and Faux Leather Jacket

These leopard loafers are backless.  I love this style that you just slide your foot right into.  They have a cognac trim that matches my new jacket too.

The jacket is a brand I had not heard of.  It is by Bernardo Fashions.  On their webpage here's what they had to say about their pieces:

From looking at their faux leather jackets at retailers, such as Nordstrom, I'm guessing this jacket originally sold for between $70 and $100.

OOTD: Animal Print

2 Leopards - 1 Leopard = 1 Leopard + Ballet Flats

After seeing these photos I decided on my black ballet flats instead and changed before leaving the house.  I was not happy with these two leopard prints together and the simple black worked much better.

There was just no last minute quick fix for me from the neck up though.  In that case, I give crop tool the command "Off with her head!".  haha

OOTD: Animal Print Blouse + New Accessories

The silver necklace I purchased from ebay and the black/silver one I picked up while thrifting.  I'm very happy with them both.
Actually, the silver one is meant to be worn on the other side where it's shinier and has rhinestones.  I chose to wear it with the back side facing forward this day.  It's a duller finish and no rhinestones.

There is one thing that bugged me about the black/silver necklace.  It's intentionally not symmetrical.  All day I was adjusting to at least keep these three bottom pieces in this position.  I really don't know why I bothered. haha

Black and White Animal Print + Pearls

As I've previously mentioned....I really hit the jackpot on pants the last few months.  I normally rarely find pants I like, but all of a sudden was finding them like crazy.  This is the first time to wear these black ones.

 I bought the animal print sleeveless top in April of 2013, but it's one of my favorites...with the slinky fabric that I love.

It's very unusual for me to wear so many unthrifted items...but the cardigan, animal print top, and handbag are all from Ross.

Wish I had these wedged platform sandals in every color.  They're soooo comfortable.

Animal Print and Brown For A Cool Day

I wore this last week to work because we were still having colder days in the 50's.  I'm so excited though that (today) Monday our temps are supposed to jump to around 67 degrees!  I've given myself a pedicure and I'm ready for my open toed shoes.  Yay! :)

Faux Fur Collar and Cuffs + Leopard

I thrifted this leopard jacket 4 months ago, but am just getting around to wearing it.  I do love it and wish I'd worn it more, but I will probably not wear it again until the fall winter season.  Spring has sprung, but it's still pretty cold here so I am still getting wear out of my warm sweaters.

 I paired this pretty jacket with gold necklace and a more casual tee, jeans and mules.

Boy, my hair sure feels good after I take a scissors to it....and I realize I should be doing this more regularly.  My hair gets very straggly quickly from all the blow drying and flat ironing. (Plus it's naturally frizzy anyway.)  So, isn't it great when you feel like you're having a "good hair day"?!  Mine are very few and far between so it's a wonderful thing. haha  Also... I liked my outfit today.  Bonus!
I got a new leopard scarf.  I had not owned one and now I have two!  About a week previous to buying this one I had also found one with more golden tones.  I like them both very much.
Oh! And for Christmas my boss got me a really great leopard coat scarf I'll have to show sometime too.

Roar

I've worn this scarf several times before, but never with the print of the lion visible.  After viewing these photos I did make some adjustment of the scarf.  I tied it around in back and continued the asymetrical drape over both shoulders, but kept the lion head situated in about the same place.  As it is in these photos, it looks as if I have my dinner napkin tucked in and I'm getting ready to chow down.  haha
Sometimes that happens...you realize this or that is a little off and you can correct it.  Problem is I usually don't get photos of the improvement.  But that's okay.  :)
