I bought another striped maxi the same day I found this one.  It is navy and white.  I'll look forward to wearing that one also.

OOTD: Casual Chic In Chico's Cardigan and Ralph Lauren Loafers

This outfit is relaxed in style, but still maintains a bit of casual chic by double layering an off white and a light peach scarf with fringes over a neutral base which includes a favorite Chico's cardigan.

 Adding rich accessories with the caramel toned purse and loafers along with multiple bracelets also helps to create a more put together look with a laid back feel.

Another of my favorite thrift finds was this pair of Ralph Lauren flat loafers I picked up for $4 back in 2012.  I love their creamy caramel color, the little bows, and the fact that they are soooo comfortable.

 Adding red low heeled mules, lots of bracelets, and dark denim equaled an outfit suitable for my semi casual office day.

OOTD For The Office: A Dressy Jacket With Casual Stripes

In today's black and white outfit, which I wore to work, I've dressed up a pair of casual jeans and striped tee with a pretty kimono style jacket.

I am a big fan of wearing a longer layer over a top (or just a longer top) to camouflage the hips a bit.

Love these suede-like pointy toed flats with studs and buckles.

OOTD: A Scarf Choker

 I've discovered that I like the looks of a scarf tied in this fashion...around the neck like a choker.  It's very easy to do.  Just wrap and wrap then tie the remaining two tiny ends together.

  

This works well with a thinner, smaller type scarf rather than a thick, heavy winter one.

OOTD: Dressing Up For Work - The Look For MUCH Less

 Considering that I normally dress semi casual for the office, this is a more dressed up look I wore this past Monday.

 My pants were only $3.20 but look remarkably like these below that sell for $695 by St. John.  I'll take my $3 pants, thank you. :)

 The St. John pants are described as having lavishly flared legs and a gossamer georgette overlay adding a skirt-like dimension to statement stretch-silk pants.

 

These pants have a stretch waist and even came with this pretty rhinestone circle which is attached to the fabric draped across the front.

 I don't have many ideas for styling these pants and would probably just repeat this whole outfit.

Do you have any suggestions of ways to wear these pants?
