Navy Blazer With A Button Down Shirt

I liked my outfit today.  I could just duplicate this same look with varying blazers, button downs, pants, and shoes to create so many looks from things I already own.  I'd be happy wearing this style often.

Whole 30
Breakfast  Day 10:  Veggie Omelette w/salsa and Breakfast Pork Sausage
Dinner Day 10: Baked Chicken, Steamed Carrots w/ Ghee, 1/2 Deviled Egg, Sauteed Cinnamon Apples w/ Ghee
Dinner Day 11:  Omelet w/unsweetened coconut flakes, grated orange peel and Guacamole, Steamed Carrots w/Ghee, Orange Slices
Yes...we have eaten a lot of eggs...and carrots.  I have discovered that I really like carrots though.
You have to eat 3 meals a day that all include a protein, a fat, and veggies.  I worked this Day 11 and so an omelet was a quick and easy thing to come home and whip up for dinner...even though we've eaten plenty of eggs.  I like omelets.  Add guacamole and I can't complain.  Of course we are not even half way through this.  By the end I may never want to eat another egg as long as I live. haha

  1. I love your outfit today! Very classy! :) I would lose a lot of weight on your diet if you have to eat lots of eggs...I just can't do liquid chicken. They make me ill, literally.

    1. Hi, Debbie. I'm glad you like the outfit. Well, it's a good thing I do like eggs because there are not a lot of proteins I want to have as my breakfast. We've been having eggs or sausage or bacon so far.
