My outfit this day is one I'm happy with. I was glad to fit back into these jeans. I like the fit of this blazer and the color. I am donating both my red blazer and houndstooth blazer even though I've only worn them 2-3 times each. I just didn't like the way they looked on me and decided I wasn't going to force myself to wear them. I didn't pay that much for them and I'd rather wear something I feel good in.

Coabalt is a great color for you! Yes, if the fit isn't right the luxury of a thrifter is to get rid of it rather than to be stuck because you invested too much.... You were a big carb eater, how has this transition felt with such a huge change there?
ReplyDeleteHi, Tracey. This little journey of ours have been very enlightening and an eye opener as to just how bad we were eating. John ordered us a spiralizer and we will be trying zucchini noodles as a healthy substitute to pasta...which was one of our greatest carb indulgences. I tried some of it at my daughters and enjoyed it. It's not pasta, but I think it's something I could live with.
DeleteI love the blazer with that scarf! Perfect! The fish dinner looked yummy!
ReplyDeleteHi, Debbie. Thank you. It was pretty tasty. :)
DeleteLisa...whatever you are doing, keep it up. You look fabulous. Your skin is GLOWING, your hair is shiny and you are looking slimmer than ever. I am so proud of you! Now, can you please pass on some motivation my way? I cooked stuffed shells, garlic bread and salad tonight!! Nothin' healthy there!! ;o)

Ahhhh...don't even say those words! I'm salivating at the mouth! haha We nearly lived on pasta of some sort and garlic bread or toast. lol Now I have to go make our "healthy dinner". Well, John said it best when we embarked on this "I can do anything for 30 days". And so we shall. When it's over we won't continue it 100%, but we definitely will be making many modifications to our eating habits and choices. I'm not hungry on this program. I get plenty of food. It's just time consuming to cook and plan it all. I'd highly recommend it though. I've lost 9 pounds so far in 14 days! I'm now down at my pre-Thanksgiving weight which I'm very happy about. I don't know that I'll lose much more on it, but we'll see.
DeleteLisa pięknie Ci w kobalcie. Piękna marynarka. A jedzonko widać, że robi cuda. Pozdrawiam serdecznie!
