Aubergine
Today's aubergine (or eggplant) turtleneck is worn with a biscuit-tan hued cardigan, chunky gold necklaces, simple jeans, and leopard flats. I am linking up For Visible Monday at Not Dead Yet Style.
i just paired these very colors in a similar outfit, and now I'm feeling very proud of it. ;) i like the gold chains with it and will try that next time. thx for the inspiration. :)
I just love saying that word "aubergine", such a fancy way of saying eggplant/purple. As a matter of fact. I think that's how I'm going to refer to it from now on! The shoes are terrific Lisa.
Just hoppin by, I love all the shoes you have found. I think that sweater is so cute. I use to love to dress when I was younger and then I just fell off and couldn't afford to shop. Thanks for the great ideas
Thanks for the color-cue info at the top ... a great memory jog for the next time I am trying to find another color to go with beige. You're looking very sleek here. Please tell me you show off these little flats and personal curves with skinny jeans, sometimes?
Thank you for commenting. I love hearing from my blogger friends! Please feel free to leave your blog url with your comments so that myself and others may come and visit you too. Have a beautiful day. :)
Cutest shoes ever!!! Okay, they're better than the mustard flats. ;)

ReplyDeleteI must move to a more affluent neighborhood so that I can find such terrific thrift finds. Here, there are mainly lumberjack plaids and mom jeans!
