  1. What a cute color metaphor in the title. Drew me right in.

Also, I just noticed something consciously that I've often appreciated in your outfits on a subconscious level. It's something you do but on such a fundamental level you probably aren't even conscious of it yourself any more. The SHAPE of your outfits. Their forms, their angles, their curves and their draping. The shape of your outfits is unmistakably and (to me) irresistibly feminine. Even if we removed all colors (like converting your photos to black and white), the outfits are still stylish and attractive. You create, on a fundamental level, sartorial presentations that are adorable. Adorable. You're my role-model, Lisa.

    1. Oh, my goodness, Ally. You just about made me cry. You're so sweet and kind. I loved hearing your thoughts on my outfits and style. Thank you for taking the time to express that to me. You're right...I don't know that I'm consciously aware of these things when choosing a look. I just am learning, little by little, what type of pieces I like to wear and feel best in. I don't always achieve that every day, but it's helpful to look back through and see which ones I feel worked best for me and which ones didn't.
Big hugs to you, Ally for being such a dear blogger friend. xo
