Just for fun I decided to try the boyfriend jeans look with a pair of jeans that had gotten too big for me. (inspiration here) I rolled them up, added a belt and my new peep toe booties. I'm also wearing a new cardigan with some great colors and it's in that slinky fabric I like. I also tried this outfit with a pair of heels. Both looks were okay, but the jeans have gone into the donation pile since trying this out for a day. Not sure if these booties are really my style either, but I'll work a bit more with them. I'll try the cardigan out in other ensembles because I do like it.

Cute cardi. And with food like this, I'm coming over for dinner!
ReplyDeleteWOW. You look like a rock star. Great mix of mustard and teal. I do like the ankle strap sandals a bit better with these jeans.
ReplyDeleteYou look totally cool Lisa! And I like it best with the open booties. What a shame you already donated it back, it's a style that suits you so well. You look really chic!
ReplyDeletehave a lovely weekend

Love the jewellery you selected with the cardigan. (sorry about the autocorrect...apparently it thinks I'm a Brit). I like both pairs of shoes. I see lots of gals wearing the boyfriend jeans. You look great in them.
ReplyDeleteLove that cardi! It looks great with jeans and it would look great dressed up too. I agree with Goodwill Fangirl -- a great mix of mustard and teal.
