Today's Outfit - Minty Stripes and Highlights

Today I went to the salon and got my hair highlighted.  I wish I was able to do this flirty little flip on the ends, but it never turns out this way when I do it.  Of course, I don't know how to do a proper blow out either.  My hair is naturally curly...well more frizzy than curly these days.  When I was younger (pre-coloring, etc) it was more wildly curly, which worked well for my teen years in the 70's.  Nowadays I must flatiron to tame this frizzy mess.  I'm happy with the results they gave me today.  Now I just wish I never had to wash or sleep on it again so it would stay just like this.
Anyone else have hair issues?

Thrifted Items:  Jeans, corduroy jacket, striped sweater, wood bead necklace worn as bracelet.

  1. Oh your hair does look so cute! When I had longer hair they'd style it that way for me too and I could never duplicate it at home either!

  2. Your hair looks so cute. I think it's easier to train a puppy than hair. Ha! Mint green seems to be the color this Spring. Your bracelet/necklace just sets off the top.

  3. I am so lazy with my hair. I have hair issues and then I just pull it back.

  4. Your hair look great! I feel like I'm forever having hair issues.....just a little bit longer and I could style it like Olivia Palermo or a little bit shorter and I could style it like Nicole Richie...but I always seem to be somewhere in between ;) Lol
