Another of my favorites.
Just saute some fresh mushrooms and shrimp in about 1/2 cup margarine, add in a bit of cream cheese (I use fat free) and steamed broccoli. Stir in a little pesto. Add seasonings. I used garlic salt, garlic powder, salt, pepper, basil and parsley. Heat through, then toss with cooked pasta. I used fettuccine. Top with fresh diced tomatoes. Serve with garlic toast.
