Dinner - Grilled Steak, Steamed Asparagus, Hollandaise Sauce

The asparagus w/hollandaise sauce was inspired by  So simple, tasty, and very few calories.
I took Dr. Collins' tip and stored the leftover sauce in separate snack size baggies in the freezer, so I can just take one out next time I need it for any veggies I might want to put it on.  Excellent idea!
